"Naked Lifestyles" was made in
Australia by Charles Macfarland of Synetech Video. It consists of eight separate segments,
each dealing with a different aspect of naturist living.
The introduction explains that whereas most people relate nudity with taking a shower or
having sex, there are many who enjoy it for the feeling of freedom and because it helps
them to discover their true identities.
"Morning Ritual - Aromatherapy". A woman awakes, takes a shower and prepares for
her day by massaging herself with aromatic oils.
"Family Spa". A family shares a spa bath and then massage each other.
"Pan in Suburbia". A bored young woman discards her clothes and dances with Pan
in the garden.
"Naked Yoga". A young woman practices yoga beside the ocean.
"Dance of the Seven Veils". A woman dances in the forest, removing her veils as
she goes, and finally swims naked in a clear pool. Her voice relates her upbringing as a
nudist, and how comfortable she feels being nude.
"Freedom Weekend". At a nudist club a family plays golf, a boy takes an outdoor
shower, and a man gives a woman a full body massage.
"Naked Runner". An enthusiastic young woman runner explains the feeling of
freedom she gets from running naked in the outdoors. She runs free on a surf beach and
through meadows, does some skipping and exercises, then continues her run on forest roads
and trails.
While the credits are rolling we see various nudist activities at the River Valley Nudist
Holiday Resort in Victoria.
